It’s over. The cooking, prepping and hoarding pumpkin puree cans like it’s the end of the world. I’m hoping you’ve all had a fantastic Thanksgiving with family and friends and today I’m sharing a warm beverage that will calm your stomach if you’ve had too much to eat (who hasn’t!?) and will help you unwind after all the holiday stress.
Remember when I rewiewed Teamotions on Honest Cooking a while ago? And then I also made some Passionfruit Jasmine Green Tea Granita during the hot summer days? We complained so much about the heat, about how no matter how many showers we took, we could never feel refreshed. Well you know what? I’m not hot anymore and I WISH I was! It’s chilly, it’s windy and I wear fuzzy hot pink socks all day around the house.
Granitas aren’t being made lately, and blogs aren’t saturated with a thousand and one ice cream flavors. We’re now on hot chocolates, pumpkins, apples and warm, comfort dishes that bring us closer to a crackling fire. I wish we had a crackling fire…Sigh. Well, I’ve discovered my new favorite warm drink, and it’s not the usual hot chocolate! It’s whole milk, steeped with Teamotions Apple Cinnamon Chamomile tea and today I’m sharing it with you. Enjoy this as an early morning treat or a perfect way to wind down at the end of the day. Nothing beats warm milk and chamomile to have sweet dreams!
