Summer Fest: Corn Favorites

Welcome to another delicious Food Network Summer Fest, this time featuring Corn! Instead of just sharing one recipe with you, I’ve linked up my Top 3 favorite corn recipes I’ve made in the past months.

Enjoy and before you go, I’d like you all to promise me one thing: next time you order pizza, ask for corn as a topping. I kid you not, it is one of the greatest things on Earth! Sweet kernels stuck to melted cheese, delicious! Promise me? Until next time, have a great week!

I just mentioned to someone last night that I have yet to have any summer corn. Crazy huh? I like to cook it right away and every time I’ve had the opportunity I knew that wouldn’t happen. Time to make some plans…I love having friends over for a corn and tomato dinner. That’s right…no meat at all, just platters of grilled corn on the cob and fresh tomatoes. Thanks for the reminder!

Oh my goodness I love corn and right now is corn season in Indiana! I am going to give Arepa a try and pinned it! I just made cornbread yesterday. I make three kinds, standard cornbread in an iron skillet, cornbread pancake style, and sweeet corn muffins. I just can’t wait to try this and I am sure The Hubby will love it!
