Today I’d like to introduce you to a dear friend, one that I “randomly” met on Twitter. I say randomly in between quotations because nothing in this world is random; every situation, word, thought, action — has a purpose.

I met Patti via Twitter last summer. I want to pin point it somehow to me being on the Vineyard and her love for the Vineyard. Actually, I can oddly enough (and I’m shocked I remember this) remember how and when: it was one of my days off, those odd days I had to relax and took a picture of a path that led to the beach. Someone (@mvtweets probably) retweeted my picture and Patti commented back that she loved that happy path. How I remember this…no clue.

After that, we’ve become good friends. We share a love for Martha’s Vineyard that is undeniable; if you’ve never visited or lived on the Vineyard, you should. It changes your life, for good. You’ll always remember the Vineyard with happy, sunny, great thoughts. Someone followed another and that was how we became tweeps!

Patti is an amazing friend, the creative mastermind of my shiny new blog banner and is the owner of Easton Place Designs, an awesome Etsy Shop full of “paper lovelies” as she calls them: stationery, note cards, greeting cards, address labels, stickers, prints, invitations, blog banners and she also designs logos! Here are some of my favorite pieces she has in her shop! Click on the captions to go directly there and get your own sets!

Want to get to know her a little better? Check out this small Q&A!

How long have you been blogging?
A little less than a year.
What inspires your paper lovelies/blogging?
I would say nature inspires me more than anything for color selection.
I also love looking at architecture. The clean lines of some buildings can be emotionally moving.
Do you have any blogger pet peeves?
I’m sure I’m going to step on a few toes out there when I answer this…
Music on blogs drives me crazy. I LOVE music, but I don’t like being surprised by it.
Last Meal Menu, what you’d you have?
I would probably have a lovely grilled Filet Mignon with pan seared mushrooms in a wine & butter reduction, a large helping of lumpy mashed potatoes and a beautiful salad with green-goddess-dressing. I rarely eat any of those items (other than the salad but with vinaigrette). And for dessert I’d love a large slice of Banana Cream Pie with cookie crumb crust! Mmmm…
There you go darling readers!
Now go head over to Easton Place Designs and start filling up your cart with lovely cards for all the occasions!

  1. It is great fun to give out professional looking greeting cards, only for people to discover that you created those custom greeting cards yourself. I have had family members, associates and even clients get amazed at the level of customization and professional finish that my own custom greeting card printing has.
