This holiday season I’ve partnered with Hickory Farms in creating some fantastic holiday-inspired recipes to get you into the kitchen with your family and friends. A variety of Hickory Farms products will be showcased in each of my recipes – everything from their new Signature Chocolate Collection to their Farm Stand Preserves and more! I’m so excited to be sharing this news with you; I’ve been working with them for the past couple of months and it’s been such a fantastic experience getting to taste their products and coming up with ways YOU can transform these gorgeous products into even more gorgeous recipes.

Let’s start off with their Signature Beef Summer Sausage, made with 100% premium North American beef, the taste of hickory smoke, a hint of mustard seed and a dash of pepper. Did you know that for more than 60 years, Hickory Farms has been enriching holiday celebrations with the highest quality, best tasting food gifts? I’m going to bet that you or a close friend have received some sort of Hickory Farms food product in the last year – they’re that good and make the perfect gift!

Head on over to the Hickory Farms blog where I’m sharing my recipe for a Harvest Sausage Flatbread that’s layered with whole cranberry sauce, fresh spinach, thinly sliced sweet potatoes, and that ever so delicious Signature Beef Summer Sausage.  And be sure to enter the giveaway below to win a 3-pack of this tasty sausage. A quick tip? Slice it lengthwise and grill it – my husband is obsessed with grilling it! It gets perfectly charred and oh so crispy!

Disclaimer: Hickory Farms hired to me create holiday recipes and compensated me for my time. I stand behind this brand and their mission 100% and want you to know that I’d never share anything I don’t stand behind. So head to the mall right now and stock up on this sausage!
