Make this Peach Lavender Honey Smoothie, a unique and sophisticated smoothie, perfect to start your mornings with!

Peach Lavender Honey Smoothie 01

Early in the morning tends to be my most creative time. I’ve always preferred writing in the mornings, compared to others that are night owls and thrive on the moonlight. The first hours of the day are the best for my creativity, for my peace, for my sanity. It’s when the house is quiet, the coffee is brewing, and I’m listening to soothing music.

And a write away during the morning, my hands not fast enough to keep up with my mind. Those are the moments I cherish, specially during the summer with housemates, endless events, and crazy work schedules. Those mornings are what keep me sane and even though I love sleeping in, I’d rather gain peace from being at one during the mornings.

I’d love to know…what’s your most creative time during the day and why? Leave a comment if you’d like to share.

Those mornings are also the mornings I come up with delicious smoothie combinations, like this Peach Honey Lavender Smoothie. It’s luscious, sweet, a touch of floral from the lavender, and juicy because of the peaches. Use whatever peaches you have available, whether fresh, frozen, or canned. We’re lucky to have a garden at work with lavender blossoms during the summer, but if you don’t have them locally available, you can purchase lavender flower buds over at Spiceologist.

Indulge in this creamy smoothie and enjoy those peaceful moments that life offers.
