Sriracha Shrimp Cheese Dip

Now that the holidays are about to be in full swing, we need an arsenal of quick and delicious recipes to make for those impromptu invitations. Whether it’s going over to the neighbors to watch Sunday Football or it’s a holiday potluck, most of us will want to bring a recipe that not only will impress, but will have everyone asking you for the recipe!

That’s exactly what this Sriracha Shrimp Cheese Dip is: rich, luscious, and cheesy! We tend to always have frozen shrimp in the freezer just for these occasions when you need to throw together a recipe. Lately, we’ve been trying some of the fish and seafood from Anderson Seafood and we can honestly, hands down recommend them as your one and only source for fresh seafood.

You can certainly use as much or as little hot sauce as you’d like. Switch it up and use Frank’s Red Hot Sauce or even some Tabasco! Also, you can use whatever shredded cheese. We used a blend of cheddar and mozzarella, but anything will work. Just remember, the more cheese, the merrier!
