Happy Sunday! Hope you’re weekend has been fabulous and to make it even better, I’ve joined up with some awesome food bloggers today for a giveaway. We’ve each selected one of our favorite cookbooks and ONE person will win them ALL! That’s 12 cookbooks personally curated by us. Sounds amazing, right? We think so!  Oh and my favorite cookbook I choose for this was Culinary Artistry, but more about that below.

The contest will run from October 13 at 12am EST through October 20 at 12am EST. We’ll use rafflecopter to select a winner and that person will have 48 hours to respond before a new winner is selected. You must be 18 years old to enter and we can only ship to an address in the US. There is additional disclaimer information in the widget but that’s the important stuff! Good luck!

Your favorite cookbook…which is it? A question as hard as answering which is your favorite child. Or what is your favorite food. Basically impossible to answer, until I really focused and thought it through:

…which cookbook do I revisit on a daily or weekly basis?

…which cookbook constantly inspired me?

…which cookbook would I save if there was a fire in our home?

And over and over, Culinary Artistry by Andrew Dornenburg and Karen Page came to mind. It’s not the typical “favorite cookbook”; there are very few photos and the photos included are in black and white; the recipes are staggered along the book, not organized by appetizers, main dishes, desserts, etc.

But the book is worth it’s weight in gold and who cares about photography when the amount of information accumulated in this book is so grand it’ll take you years to really peruse it and realize…it’s the best book ever. I’ve owned this book for five years and it’s highlighted, underlined, dog-warred, and bookmarked to the extreme!

Food Matches Made In Heaven might just be the main reason I adore this book. If you are always stumped on what to pair X ingredient with, this section of the book will be your lifesaver. Hundreds of ingredients are paired with their best counterparts to get your creative juices flowing! For example, did you know pumpkin pairs well with black pepper, gruyere cheese, cognac, garlic, sage, and mint? Notice how I didn’t mention cloves, butter, or brown sugar! Sure, those are also great pumpkin pairings, but this book will also show you new ways to combine traditional ingredients.

Scroll down and let the widget below load – one winner will receive ALL TWELVE COOKBOOKS! Personally curated by the sponsoring bloggers, I’m wishing I could enter this myself!
