A quick and nutritious smoothie to get your day started!
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup Silk milk alternative, Coconut Vanilla flavor
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- Use a blender to combine all the ingredients together until smooth.
- Add extra sweetness if needed, with more honey. Blend in 3-4 ice cubes if you want it thicker and more like a milkshake consistency.
